Instructor experience
Wing Chun Universe connects its present-day teaching to Grandmaster Joe Sayah’s long experience as a student, competitor and instructor.
Grandmaster Joe began Wing Chun at age nine and became a certified instructor at 17, establishing a foundation for decades of continued practice.
He has taught students and conducted seminars internationally, while the Mornington team continues that work with children and adults locally.
The academy’s approach begins with understanding what a student wants to achieve and helping them work towards realistic training goals.
Meet the team, experience the training environment and decide whether the program feels right for you or your child.
